PROJECT GOALS: Our clients, Theresa and Randy wanted to create an open plan kitchen as well as improve their view of Folsom Lake from the kitchen.	BEFORE: This wall separates the kitchen from the dining room and good view of Folsom Lake.	AFTER: Wall is gone, leaving a spectacular view of the lake and a gourmet kitchen.
BEFORE: Wall on the dining room side cuts off access to the kitchen.	AFTER; Wall is gone, creating an open plan kitchen.	AFTER: Wall is gone, creating an open plan kitchen.
AFTER: Custom hutch with glass doors leaves plenty of room to lovingly display client's collectibles.	AFTER: A gardening area was created just off the kitchen area from an adjacent room.
