Hi, I’m Kathe Russell, the principle designer and co-owner of DreamBuilders Kitchen and Bath, an award winning design-build firm and product dealer. Over the years, clients have said to me, “can’t you just wave a magic wand and give me my kitchen?” Well, you know the answer to that. Instead, I created a kitchen package that’s just like waving a magic wand—the Mix ‘N Match Collection.
Creating a package that works for a lot of people is not an easy thing to do. I don’t have to tell you that no two kitchens or people are alike. On top of that, everyone is looking for the very best quality at the most affordable price. So, to cram all of those requirements into one package was asking the “unheard of”. But that didn’t stop me.
How It Works:
The Mix ‘N’ Match Collection has two classic styles to choose from:, “The Shaker” and “The Tuscan”. Anything you select within a particular style will match and coordinate with each other. So you don’t have to worry about what goes with what. And you can literally make your selections in about 10 minutes if you’re a quick decision maker, and about an hour if you’re a slow one! Here’s the best part. Prices for these gorgeous kitchens start at just $283 per month, with full remodeling services. Everything in this package is very high quality and high style.

What To Expect When You Call
When you call to schedule an appointment, we will determine whether our initial meeting should be in your home or at the showroom.
In-Home Consultations: For the purposes of this package, we will come to your home for the first meeting only if your space is ready to measured. It is ready to be measured if you are not planning on taking out walls, adding windows, moving plumbing, or electrical. In other words, if it is a replacement project. This means that things are staying in the same place, with minor layout changes to cabinetry that don’t effect plumbing, electrical, or available space.
In Showroom Consultations: If you are planning on taking out walls, moving windows, electrical, or plumbing, we’d like you to come to the showroom for our first meeting. If you’re working with a designer, we encourage you to bring them to this meeting and/or. bring any plans that you may have and we will give you an estimate from the plans.
If you do not have a designer and plans, we are happy to give you an estimate on our design services. If you plan to make substantial changes in your kitchen, it is important to have the new space plan so we can give you an estimate on your package.
Remodeling Estimates: If you are not planning to be your own contractor or install this package yourself, we are happy to give you an estimate for remodeling services after we come to your home to measure.

Plan Review and Ordering
Once we have measured and received your deposit, we will draw up your cabinetry plans, help you finalize your selections, and give you a firm quote on your kitchen package. Once you have approved your final plans, you are ready to order. All products packages are paid for in advance of ordering. If we are also providing installation or remodeling services we will give you a separate quote for this and then draw up a services contract and schedule.
