Ready to Remodel?

So, you’re considering a remodeling project. You may have drawn a few sketches and have a basic idea of what you want. But where to go from here? This is where most people get stuck.

Unless your last name is Rockefeller, you probably want to know what your project will cost so you can decide whether it’s feasible to move forward at this time. In order to determine this, you need a design and bids, right? No- those come later. If you start design before you’ve determined feasibility, then you just might find that you have a design that’s outside of your budget. And, if you attempt to get bids before you have a clearly defined scope of work and design, you can’t really get accurate bids, can you?

So what’s the next step? It’s simple. The DreamBuilders “Fees-Ability” evaluation. As an alternative to starting with fee-based design services or time consuming bids, DreamBuilders pioneered the no cost “Fees-Ability” evaluation as a way to help potential clients sort through the myriad of decisions they need to make before committing to their project. It allows clients to determine whether they can move forward with their project at this time by helping them answer the questions of the 3-way test.

The 3 way test of the DreamBuilders Fees-Ability evaluation simply answers the following questions.
·         Can I do what I want?
·         Will it solve my problems?
·         Can I afford it?

The Fees-Ability evaluation process is done 3 visits, at no cost to you or further obligation to work with us.

Here’s how it works.
Visit 1: We meet with you in our well appointed showroom, discuss your project, your goals, and get an idea of what your style and preferences are. If you like what you see and you feel comfortable with us, we move to visit 2.

Visit 2: We meet again with you, this time in your home. We evaluate the condition of your home, take measurements and discuss ideas and possibilities of what can be done.

Visit 3: Back at our showroom, we present you with a preliminary scope of work with good, best, and better budgets for your project. If you decide that you would like to continue working with us, we can enter into a design agreement or determine the best way to proceed together from there. If not, we promise not to chain you to the showroom, but we will miss you!

So what are you waiting for? Remember, this costs you nothing and you just might make some new friends. Can’t wait to meet you!
